If you are trying to take the READI assessment and your username and password are not being accepted, please follow these steps:

Check with the school’s administrator or school’s instructions to verify you have the correct username and password.
Verify the correct URL for the READI site to make sure you are going to the correct school’s READI subdomain such as http://sample.readi.info.
Don’t forget that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

If you have checked all the above, please submit a new support ticket through the help center.

Please follow the steps below to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer 6 or 7:

Click the Tools menu.
Select Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.

Follow the steps below to enable cookies in your Internet Explorer browser:

To enable cookies in IE 7:

Click Start > Control Panel. (Note: with Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
Double-click the Internet Options icon.
Click the Privacy tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Select the option 'Override automatic cookie handling' under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'First-party Cookies.'
Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'Third-party Cookies.' (Note: if you select the 'Prompt' option, you'll be prompted to click OK every time a website attempts to send you a cookie.)
In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.
